Welcome to Momentum. Momentum is a gym-based training program that is designed to help you grow your glutes, shape your quads, and sculpt your upper body. We break our 8-week program into two training blocks. These 60-90 minute sessions workouts focus on the fundamentals of muscle building. Designed to both challenge and reward you, finding your confidence and igniting the fire within has never been closer within reach. Quality of movement and intent when training is the key. Momentum is designed to help you get the most out of your training without needing to spend an excessive amount of time in the gym. This program provides you with a structured and efficient training program, including exercise demonstrations, sets, reps, tempo and rest. Your macros are based on the data you input into the app. You will also have the option for a self check-in within the app for accountability and progress tracking during this program.
